Considering ways of speeding up but not sure how? Give your laptop a performance boost by upgrading its hardware with the following options.
Solid State Drive (SSD)
If you’re looking for a significant speed boost, we highly recommended upgrading to a solid-state drive (SSD). SSDs are extremely fast drives that make launching applications and booting up your Mac very snappy. Other advantages that SSDs trump over the conventional hard-disk drives are its durability, reliability and power efficiency. SSDs are cooler with significantly less heat output and quieter as there are no moving parts.
Hard Disk Drive (HDD)
Alternatively, if you just need more space with less noticeable boost in performance, we still offer the cheaper option of upgrading your hard-disk drive (HDD) to a larger capacity.
If you’re looking for a sweet spot in-between the two options, consider a dual-drive setup with both a SSD and a HDD with larger capacity. This option requires replacing your internal SuperDrive with a hard-disk caddy tray for your data storage.
For MacBook users
We offer Mac-compatible, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) RAM that improves multitasking and overall speed performance.
Random Access Memory (RAM)
RAM is used to hold information pertaining to the currently active processes on your computer (accessing it like “quick memory”). The more RAM you have, the better your computer will handle multiple tasks that you hand it. You can see a performance increase across your programs, from enabling your web browser to run smoothly to using editing software.
We offer battery replacement service for all laptops. These come with 3 months warranty and onsite servicing.
Batteries have a limited amount of charge cycles before they are considered to be consumed and replacement is recommended. You can use your battery after it reaches its maximum cycle count, but you may notice a reduction in your battery life. For optimal performance, replace your battery when you reach the maximum cycle count.
We also provide services for common issues such as:
- Trackpad Sticky clicking or clicking not working
- Keyboard Unresponsive or missing keys
- Speakers Distorted sound playback
- WiFi Cannot establish any connection
